Making the commitment


Getting to where you want to be is all about recognizing your needs, working with someone to help you achieve those goals and staying focused on the goals and outcomes. This time of year is filled with family, friends, parties and a little bit of excess. This is exactly why its the time of year that forces us all to resist a little more and commit to staying in or getting to the gym. We all will make those new year resolutions, myself included, but the difficulty is actually keeping them. Remember, setting realistic goals, tied to realistic training programs and a realistic healthy diet will get you where you want to be sooner. So "Go Slow to Go Fast."

Here at FloMotion we want to see you succeed. If you are enrolled in a training program with us, we will see you soon. If you haven't committed to a weight loss and health improvement program yet, come on down and we will design you a program that fits your life style and goals.

For busy mothers, we offer a child watch program so you can take that hour or so a day and workout. Jamie will keep a watchful eye on your precious packages until you have completed your workout.
