Florine "Flo" Hester
Owner/Manager, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor
Flo is the Owner & Head Trainer at FloMotion Fitness. She has trained extensively in the United States and Australia. She worked for many years in nationally recognized fitness centers then went out on her own. Starting from very humble beings in a local park, Flo grew her business into what is now the real "Garage Fitness Center."
Her certifications include NASM-CPT, Metabolic Nutritionist, MP Level 2 Transformation Specialist, MP Level 3 Athletic Conditioning, MP Level 4 Corporate Provider, Kettlebell Instructor, Senior Strength Trainer.
Her Exercise Philosophy: "Age is NOT a limitation, all it takes it commitment and motivation. It is never too late to get on track to a healthier lifestyle."

Diane Hansis
Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Indoor Cycling & Group Fitness Instructor
Diane is our indoor cycling instructor with three current certifications; Stages Cycling-Power Essentials, Schwinn Indoor Cycling-MPower, and is Star 3 certified with Mad Dogg Athletics-Spinning Program. She will lead you through challenging rides that are fun, safe and effective; motivate you to work to your best by encouraging you to push past your limits, making you stronger both physically and mentally! Diane is a graduate from Penn State University, with over 12 years of coaching group fitness and indoor cycling (spin) classes. Her specialties include cardio training, functional strength training and core strength training.
Other certifications include:
NASM-CPT, AFAA Primary Group Exercise, SCW Barre, and SCW Functional Pilates, American Red Cross, First Aid/CPR/AED (adult/child/infant).
Her exercise philosophy: "If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you."

Niles Cromwell
Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor
Niles is a NASM-CPT and a group trainer. He specializes in traditional strength training, strength endurance, HIIT and metabolic conditioning.
