Just curious what you do to eat healthy. I usually don't eat healthy. I eat fast food for convenience which I don't recommend. Intermittent fasting has worked for me in terms of weight control. I went from about 200lbs to about 185 lbs and have stabilized there. Intermittent fasting is pretty much choose an 8 hour window and only eat in that window. Outside of the window, water and black coffee only. Full disclosure my doc tells me that my cholesterol is not so great. So really eating healthy us hard. Well it's half way.
What do you eat. Tips or tricks to share.?

I eat a lot of chicken and fresh veggies. My problem is I like to bake and eat sweets, especially ice cream.
Today I cut up fresh veggies (Brussels, peppers, onions) I added spices, olive oil and roasted them. I had a couple chicken breast’s. I cut them up and stir fried with garlic and spices. I made a small side of angel hair pasta. The perfect meal!! Incredibly tasty and healthy!!
