Work to meet your health and wellness goals with company! For these sessions, you can have 1-3 additional people with you, whether friends or family, for the duration of the session. Price is per person!

To cancel or reschedule private appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice, unless there is a family/medical emergency. For Group lessons please give us 2 hours notice.
