Service Description

Train online as often as you want from the comfort of your home gym with a Certified Personal Trainer from FloMotion Fitness. Receive personalized one on one training designed to help you reach your personal fitness and health goals. Meet your personal trainer and receive your nutrition assessment, fitness assessment and / or programing session online from your home.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule private appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice, unless there is a family/medical emergency. For Group lessons please give us 2 hours notice.
