This high-intensity, low-impact, total body workout combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga and strength training. The focus is on higher reps and small-range isometric movements with pulses and static holds. Feel the burn as you lengthen, strengthen, and tone your muscles! Use of light weights, resistance bands, balls and gliders may be used for added intensity. Shoes not required. Bare feet or sticky socks recommended.
